I would whole heartedly recommend Rui and his team. We had an excellent experience with Rui as our builder. Rui managed the year long project effectively and calmly. He had an excellent working relationship with our architect which was invaluable. He was also able to work with our neighbours, who were at times, difficult. He was always calm and professional and dealt with all parties positively. Rui is cheerful and flexible. He responded well to all of our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with finished project.

He managed his team well, who were also polite and friendly to us at all times. The property was always tidy and organised and he also managed to keep our neighbours happy by ensuring that they were not affected by dust, dirt etc.

The house was finished to a high standard and 5 months after we are still very pleased with the quality of the work that Rui delivered. In that period Rui came back several times to sort out small pressing issues that cropped up and responded to us immediately to do so.

Rui finished the project ahead of schedule. He was always very aware of meeting time deadlines and managed this well despite the inevitable things that occur on a large project.
The project remained on budget. This was something that we worked with Rui and the architect to ensure. Wethought Rui provided excellent value for money.

I am finding it difficult to think of any weaknesses. Our experience with Rui was extremely positive and we would definitely use him in the future.

Sutton Construction did an excellent job on the complete refurbishment of our house. Nothing was too much trouble; everyone was hard working and polite.
